  • 2025-Current

    I partnered closely with founders and executive leadership to shape the early business case for investors, developing a TAM analysis that informed market entry strategy and top-line ambition.

    I designed a multi-year planning model that connected growth, hiring velocity, and cash discipline, creating a clearer guide between strategy and execution.

  • 2019-2025

    I led corporate FP&A through rapid scale, building the planning, reporting, and accounting infrastructure that supported growth from ~$20M to $250M+ in ARR.

    I partnered closely with go-to-market leadership to connect quota design, commissions, and long-range ARR forecasting, while scaling finance systems and processes to match increasing organizational complexity.

    I established a disciplined forecasting cadence across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow that aligned executives and operators, and built long-range models that supported board-level decision-making and ultimately a $3.3B acquisition by Hg Capital.

  • 2011-2019

    I led financial planning for a large Branch and Private Banking organization, overseeing a $350M expense base and 2,000+ FTE, with a focus on technology and automation initiatives.

    I also partnered on the launch of PurePoint Financial, a hybrid digital bank that expanded MUFG’s footprint beyond the West Coast.

    I was recognized with the firm’s Culture of Excellence Award for leading a branch distribution transformation initiative in the PNW.

  • 2008-2011

    Early in my career, I led complex audits for organizations including Toyota and UCLA Medical Center, managing cross-functional teams and large-scale controls initiatives.
